Proposal Limit

Refers to the maximum number of suggestions that a member or group of members may submit during a given time frame. A proposal limit is intended to ensure that each member has an equal opportunity to participate in the proposal process and to prevent one person or group from controlling the decision-making process. The proposal cap can differ from DAO to DAO and is often established by the governance structure of the DAO or the smart contract that oversees the DAO's operations.
